£50/50 Minutes

Face To Face Counselling

This service is provided in a confidential therapeutic room and only available in Cardiff, East London and Kent.

Payment – for face to face counselling sessions the payment should be made on the day the appointment, bank transfer or PayPal before the session.

Phone Counselling

This service is provided over the phone to clients all over the UK. This gives the clients the opportunity to benefit from this service without having to travel.

Payment – for phone counselling sessions the payment will need to be paid before the session via bank transfer or PayPal.

Online Counselling

This service is provided to clients in the same way as phone counselling however the clients and the counsellor will carry out the session via a secure video link.

The details of this service will be provided during the telephone consultation. Payment – for online counselling sessions the payment will need to be paid before the session via bank transfer or PayPal

Consultation

I offer a 30 minutes consultation, where I will go through some relevant questions and find out about your needs.

It’s an opportunity for you to talk to me and see if you would like to commit to working with me. If you are happy to proceed, we can discuss the contract.

Cost Of Therapy

- Face to face 50 minutes counselling/psychotherapy= £50

- Telephone and online 50 minutes counselling/psychotherapy = £40

For face to face counselling you can pay by cash on the day of your appointment. Alternatively, you can pay via bank transfer before the session. For online and telephone counselling you can pay by bank transfer anytime before the session.

Duration of therapy

This will depend on your needs. I offer short term therapy of 6 sessions or longer term therapy, this can be 12 sessions or more. I review the progress of the therapy regularly. I review the progress of the therapy regularly in order for you to assess whether therapy is helping.

Location

Sessions can be face to face in a private therapy room in Cardiff, Kent and East London. For location of venue, please enquire. However, this service is currently unavailable, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I will offer online and telephone therapy remotely. I work via telephone and online also to meet your needs.
